We are so confident that you will be pleased with the quality of our
products, that we offer you the following guarantee:
If you do not like the print work you receive for any reason, simply ship it back
to us and we will exchange it for another one of equivalent value or refund it
fully (minus the design fee – see our cancellation policy below).
If the print work arrives damaged or is lost by the courier shipping agent,
we will send you a new print work at absolutely no charge to you.
If the frame you ordered arrives damaged we will promptly replace it with a new one.
Our Cancellation Policy
When you order a special design style (Pop Art, Opie, etc.) your picture is printed and shipped only after you have approved the final image which has been created by our artists.
If you cancel your order before you approve the final image for printing, your payment will be refunded minus the cost of the style editing ($49/figure).
Each order is hand illustrated by actual artists for you personally so we hope you understand why we must adhere to this policy. Creating a special design proof by hand takes hours due to our high standards and attention to detail. We do not print any order unless you are completely satisfied with the image and approve it for printing. If you request an additional style image proof, an additional design fee will be charged.
Feel free to submit more than one photo and our experienced design experts will help you (as a free service) to decide which photo would be best adapted to a special style. Our design department is dedicated to assisting you achieve results you will be delighted with.
