Sue Brehant, PaintYourLife Chief graphic editor
Sue was born in 1953 and has been actively pursuing her artistic career since early childhood. She received art training in her early years of education and has been actively studying on her own for the past 30 years. Her painting styles have evolved from her many years as a commercial graphic artist. Her beach inspired paintings and portraits are what she is now noted for.
Recently she has added many styles of Pop art to her repertoire. These new fun designs are influenced by Warhol, Lichtenstein, Opie and the latest Fairey “Obama style” poster art. Her work can be easily identified by her fine details and by the way she mixes colors.
